By accessing or using VirtMCU (virtmcu.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using these services on behalf of an organization or driving them via autonomous AI agents, you accept these terms on behalf of that entity.
VirtMCU provides deterministic virtual microcontroller simulation environments over a Model Context Protocol (MCP) or REST interface. You are solely responsible for all firmware binary executables (ELFs) compiled on your end and uploaded to the platform.
To guarantee service availability, we enforce token bucket rate limiting on all API endpoints. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate access for keys that exceed reasonable usage thresholds, engage in abuse, or attempt reverse-engineering of the proprietary simulation engine.
THE SIMULATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR HIGH FIDELITY WITH RESPECT TO REGISTER AND TIME SIMULATION, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE BEHAVIOR IN SIMULATION WILL MATCH REAL-WORLD EMBEDDED HARDWARE IN EVERY EDGE CASE.
